Background

 

 

Cyril Ravilly worked for five years in investment banking at Lazard Frères & Co., and was Mergers & Acquisitions Director of Thales Group for five years in charge of supervising all M & A corporate operations.

 

He managed the international naval divisions for 5 years at DCNS and Thales, where he managed  DCN Log for 2 years (350 employees, € 120 million turnover ). Thereafter Cyril  worked for the DCNS Group Strategy Department in charge of Chairman’s critical projects.

 

Since 2010 he has been running his own company for both large accounts and small structures. During his career, he has directed over a hundred M & A transactions from initiation to conclusion. Cyril Ravilly is currently Managing Partner of FINANCIERE CINCINNATUS and FINCIN CINCIN.

 

Moreover, Cyril Ravilly taught for five years at Sciences Po Paris, and was the senior teacher in charge of the DESS Mergers & Acquisitions corporate finance course. He is currently also Chairman of the 3T Alumni Association, the association of former employees still in activity of the Thomson Group (Thales, Technicolor, …)

FINANCIERE CINCINNATUS, a company with equity of more than € 60K, performs many strategy consulting services in high technological areas such as marine energy, defense, nuclear, or naval) and has a privileged partnership with DCNS regarding strategy and mergers and acquisitions (advisor in confidential operations in the naval field and one in the civil sector (DCNS acquisition of 33% stake in Principia from Areva).

FINANCIERE CINCINNATUS has also managed an advisory assignment on behalf of an entity of the Thales Group. Similarly, FINANCIERE CINCINNATUS has worked on a partnership and M&A mandate subcontracted by a strategy consulting partner. Furthermore FINANCIERE CINCINNATUS has many mandates, both acquisitions and disposals, in the services area and for highly innovative small mid-sized companies.

 

FINANCIERE CINCINNATUS has established a global network of M&A representatives (Brazil, India, ...) and otherwise has built a long-term partnership with the M&A firm Gavan Sellers Associates (www.gsa-intl.com) for the implementation of cross-border transactions between France and the United Kingdom.
